Expert Drivers for Secure Travel
We at 9ice India Travels offer skilled, certified, and experienced drivers that guarantee a pleasant and safe trip. They guarantee prompt and stress-free travel since they are courteous, well-trained, and informed about both local and out-of-town routes.

• All reservations must be confirmed online, over the phone, or over WhatsApp.
• To guarantee your reservation, you might need to pay a portion in advance.
• Only until the advance payment has been received will the reservation be deemed confirmed.
• Clients are required to give precise information about their destination, travel date, and pickup location.

• Before or during the trip, the outstanding balance must be paid.
• We take cash, bank transfers, and UPI as forms of payment.
• Extra hours, extra kilometers, tolls, and parking fees will all be billed separately.
• Demand, route, and season can all affect prices.

• Cancellation must be informed in advance.
• Advance payment may be non-refundable or partially refundable depending on cancellation timing.
• Last-minute cancellations may result in full charge.
• Refund processing time may take 3-7 working days (if applicable).

• Duty hours and kilometers will be calculated from garage to garage.
• Extra hours and extra kilometers will be charged as per agreed rates.
• Delays caused by the customer will be chargeable.

When making a reservation, the itinerary and route must be discussed. There can be extra fees for any route changes made throughout the journey. The driver will only take safe and authorised routes.

We provide hygienic, well-maintained vehicles driven by certified drivers.
In the odd occasion that a car breaks down, we will have a backup vehicle ready.
For safety reasons, drivers' rest and duty hours must be adhered to.

Clients are in charge of their own property.
The buyer will be responsible for any damage they do to the car.
It is completely forbidden to engage in any illegal activity while travelling.

Delays brought on by traffic, bad weather, poor road conditions, or unanticipated events are not the responsibility of 9ice India Travels.
Any loss, harm, or damage that occurs during the trip that is out of our control is not our responsibility.
