How can I confirm my reservation?

A dedicated Travel Counselor will be assigned to assist you throughout the booking process. Once your hotel selection, itinerary, and pricing are finalized, you will receive a Proforma Invoice containing complete details such as payable amount, booking information, and package inclusions. After reviewing and approving the details, we will proceed with your reservation.

How much advance payment is required and when?

To initiate the booking process, an advance payment of 10% to 25% is required. After receiving confirmation from the hotels along with their payment deadlines, we will share the final payment schedule with you. This may vary depending on factors like hotel policies, destination, and seasonal demand.

What is a Confirmation Voucher?

Once your booking is confirmed and the advance payment is received, we will send you a Confirmation Voucher via email or courier. This document includes all essential booking details and must be presented at the hotel during check-in.

How can I verify my hotel reservation?

Your confirmation voucher will include key details such as the reservation number, the name of the person who confirmed the booking, and the hotel's contact information. You may directly contact the hotel to verify your reservation if required.

Do I need to reconfirm my booking with the hotel?

No, there is no need to reconfirm separately. A copy of your confirmation voucher is already shared with the respective hotel(s).

How long does it take to receive confirmation?

Reservation confirmations are typically processed within **24 to 48 hours**.

Changes & Cancellations

What is the cancellation policy for hotel bookings?

Any cancellation or modification of a reservation will be subject to the terms and conditions set by the respective hotel(s). These policies may vary depending on factors such as:

  • Season or peak period
  • Time remaining before check-in
  • Type of booking or rate selected

Please note that these conditions are determined by the hotels and not by us. In case of any cancellation or modification, a 10% processing fee will be applicable.
